Savage Oppress' "Overpower" Special No Longer Unavoidable?

This video shows at 8:10 Savage's "Overpower" can now be dodged. So one of the most useless abilities didn't get a buff but a trade-off! Yay! Three Cheers For Tyranny!!!

The FO team seemed to have crit immunity while they had advantage as well. Later in the FO match when FOST and FOO and Kylo don't have advantage, they take critical hits from advantage. It is a testing shard though, so we don't know if this is going to be a new buff or update or if it's anything.
