Since when can a gear 12 34k health Savage Opress get one shotted in phase 3 of the Haat raid?

If he doesnt have max health with buffs you might be marginal or if he has no buffs he takrs massive damage anyway.

Edit: assuming you are talking about the aat cannon yes?
