Scrap Problems - Unable to craft some full pieces

I have a pretty oddball problem. Due to the profitability of the exchange rate, I want to craft some lowbie gear, namely Mk7 Blastec Weapon Mod and Mk7 BAW Armor Mod. However due to all my toons being...

Thanks, will keep an eye on Wat and craft all possible before surpassing the gear grade. The possibilities with the other one is useless as all those toons are past that gear grade.
