Are you maxed out on the 30m cash after recycling the datacrons today?

It appears yes. But from the last 2 conquests, I only got 2 Datacrons from that node, so I can't even spend it. I farmed that node for days and I have 3 total Datacrons from the last set.

I maxed out today too even after starting to dismantle after GAC ended, the problem is, I did not have anything to spend on yet.
