Can you explain the difference between between the spreading of doubt by Malgus, and the spreading of evasion down by BSF?? I just got the evasion down feat in 4 battles, 2 applications of fear each. By your logic, I should only have 24, for the three debuffs that were applied when I pushed the button, not the two that occurred when the fear expired.

When you use Malgus' third special, he applies doubt to one enemy character, this is an "active' application of the debuff. The doubt that spreads between units afterwards due to Malgus' unique is not applied by the player (passive) and therefore doesn't count towards the feat.

BSF's fear is inflicted on the target enemy and one other random enemy, but also all other enemies are inflicted with evasion down as per her kit, this is an active application and that's why all of them count.

they where talking about the ones that happen when fear expires.
