It says “60”… clearly a typo, can you please clarify what the real requirement is?

Long ago when DR deathmark wan't counting they went and changed it to be more like bastialla fear
When enemy drops below 50% they apply a marker
when DR sees this marker applied he applies Deathmark
before the leader used to apply deathmark to themselves.
