See-Event Tier1

The game crashed just after I had won the 8th tier 1 battle of SEE's "The Final Order" event. The GL currency used for the fight has been deducted but I was not awarded the 10 SEE shards. That wouldn't be so bad but the game now registers tier 1 as "completed" and does not reward any more shards. It is therefore impossible for me to reach 330 SEE shards in the event.

I already re-installed the game but without success. This happened on Friday - I had hoped it might resolve itselfs after the game refresh but no joy.
