Selling unsellable mods

Some mods (unassigned and unlocked) I cant sell. I unlock them and hit the sell tab, I get only a few that are unlocked prompted to sell. How do I get the unassigned/unlocked ones, ALLLL of them. To s...

I’m with the OP, I’ve got mods that show up to be equipped yet aren’t currently equipped on anyone. However they don’t show up in the list to be sold.
