Set7 Datacron stat- Tenacity Penetration

I see there is tenacity percentage and tenacity penetration. Can we get an explanation on a new stat.

It's a Typo from Meathead using Find/Replace to correct using Accuracy/Resistance instead or Potency/Tenacity
