Yeah it’s weird, it’s the first time I can recall where a marquee toon went to shipments and is not almost always available

Having same issue.. few shards away and hasn't popped up in days. Even before that, it was really rare. Maybe they want you to keep refreshing and spend crystals or it's simply just an overlooked bug. really annoying
