I sure hope she enter's the game. Unfortunately she will most likely only be available for those who send money at first. So I probably won't have her for a good 6 months or more after she comes out.
At this point i'm way more excited for character changes than new characters. Heck when a character gets changed to become viable it's like they just brought them into the game.
