Shard drop rate per node?

been searching the forums trying to find out if the 30% drop rate is per node or across all nodes....been farming for a certain toon(ship) and i wish i could say the rate has been terrible which would...

haha....im thinking so does hate me if its per node....that particular farm is only two weeks in but got another almost as bad two months in(only been doing one refresh on it)...farming calculator needs a tweek for my kinda luck
