Remember when they changed the Featured Shipments? The Credit purchases used to always be on top, then they sneakily dropped them down and put the crystal purchases on top. I remember a couple of people blindly clicking those and spending crystals instead of - what they thought were - credits. Good stuff.
I did that. I didn't ask for my crystals back or anything. But it did drive home to me how important UI design is, and how much more important redesigns are -- if you're not making things significantly better, then any minor flaws of the existing system might actually be more tolerable than asking people to go through the process of getting used to a new system that also has minor flaws.
