Ship Arena dodging increase?

The one I've seen really bad the last couple weeks is the enemies KRU silencer dodging like a madman. I even asked a shard mate if he was slipping a little baby oil on his ships before fights.

And it's not just the AI, mine are doing it as well. Either let us know what the actual %'s really are or just fix it because statistically speaking, 2% shouldn't be happening 2-4 times each match.
