@Kyno I am confused. There is no additional gear being added to ships. They would just get the power they would normally get from gear automatically.
So grinding character gear would not make a difference. The only thing that would affect ship power would be mods and character level.
Alternately, character ability/gear could still matter but perhaps have a far less significant impact.
