Ships 2.0 5/22/18 [Mega]

Something else I just realized all the pilots people were working on using zetas and gear XII gear to stay competitive have just been wasted on a good number of ships. ITF dodge been nerfed dramatically and so has Tie reaper tm reduction which has been cut in half. Falcon and all other aoe damage has been reduced. Sucks for us people who wasted a good amount of time or money working on falcon and tie reaper only to have them be useful just for tb platoons.
