Ships "credit heist"?
I think it would be an extremely simple still sweet addition to the game. A tiny event (similar to the classic credit heist) which gives a couple mils ships credits. With all this ships battle changes...

You're forgetting, that you can farm some of the rare ships on the new fleet hard nodes (along with a bit of ship credits). I'm mainly farming Sion and Poe's fighter currently.
Furthermore a few months ago the sim—function was introduced in GW. That's ship credits farming made easy (before the sim function I couldn't drag myself to do those unchallenging GWs more than 2—3 times a week). As people finish buying all toons in the cantina store, they can buy ship credits instead.
