Should GAC award bonuses for attacking earlier?

I think it would make sense to give bonus points for each battle in GAC depending on when it takes place. I would break it into 4 6 hour chunks. In the first 6 hours I would give 3 bonus points per ba...

I haven't seen anyone endorse OP's suggestion. The debate was mostly whether going 1st or 2nd is advantageous.
