As long as you can still take 1, save it. If you ever start having trouble, then you're ready for Zaul, or if the meta has shifted by then, you can give it to the appropriate toon.

No. Don't Zeta maul. Be altruistic ;It's better to save, than to make things harder for others on your shard.

In a very round about way this makes some sense. The harder it gets at the top the more they will stick into their arena squads. I guess I'll stop gearing maul and aimlessly farm cuffs and guns for the next few weeks.

I agree with this take. If you take 1st in Arena now, then I'd save it. The main value of Maul's zeta is to help with your Arena team. If you dominate Arena now, then I'd wait for the next round of zeta abilities.

I have 3 Zeta'd toons (QGJ, Yoda and Vader) and also have 41 zeta mats I can use, but I am saving them because I finish 2nd or 3rd in Arena right now and my guild has the HAAT on farm so I don't need to use any for that.

I'm not really that excited about any other zetas so I will see what the next round of zeta abilities are before committing to use any more.
