Just look at the Cantina bartender. You don't see her as an active character do you? Of course not.
Just wait - someone will request that lady from "Force Awakens" with the big glasses to become a character in the game. Not happening.
Biggs, lando, wedge, lobot, r2d2, leia (if you consider Padme a non fighter then you might as well Leia), admiral Akbar, nute gunray, uggnaugt. I agree c3po shouldn't be in the game but padme? She had more gun time then every single character on this list combined.
