Shouldn't Vader = CLS counter

I mean Vader did absolutely destroy this version of Luke in ESB right? He just toyed with the kid. So given that shouldn't Vader get a rework and be the ultimate CLS counter?? Darkside needs some ...

I completely agree I understand we just had an empire pass but I do believe that only tarkin got a rework that was worth anything
