My Carth is G10 with zeta at 17583.
That said this is total bullshit. Terrible move and just a evil ting to do to people. I spent $$ to get DR which I rarely do, now you going to punish my DR team through shan buff and require me to get this guy with a completely new way of obtaining a character. one in which I would need 3 more zetas to get. With on a few days warning.
This might be it for me, I dont know if I can keep supporting this.
