You can see from the kit reveals of both Darth Revan and Bastila Shan (Fallen)'s rework that they have both tags. The only Sith Empire character that won't have the Sith tag as well is HK-47, for obvious reasons.
He can not control the force ? He is not force sensitive ?

Do not answer "because he is a droid and droids arent force sensitives" because this is not true.
