I use Gunray as lead, Nightsister Zombie, Nightsister Acolyte, Jawa Scavenger, and Sith Assassin. So they all go stealth except the Nightsister Zombie.
I didn't really understand the first paragraph, sorry. If your not using assassin's 'execute' special, then there is missing information.
I will run your team in gw and try to replicate the issues you described.
