With the super-powered cleansers that turn debuffs into buffs (instead of just cleansing them) or cleansing everyone AND throwing TenacityUP on all allies (which really, really hurts Sith), having a DS toon that turns TenacityUP into TenacityDOWN is a marvelous idea.
On top of that, it gives another option to counter Chirrut. Chirrut is no longer Meta, but Chaze is still a fearsome combo for tons and tons of players in GW and Arena. I'd love to see all those HoTs become DoTs against Zader.
