The blog post regarding JMK says we’ll be playing through Revenge of the Sith to acquire him, so a dark side Anakin seems like the logical choice for the next GL. Sith Lords are the opposites of Jedi Masters so I think the naming makes sense.If SLV is the next GL, guessing R8 General Skywalker and 6 star Malevolence will be required to kind of mirror the JMK requirements. My fear is KAM will be a requirement in the same way WAT’s a requirement for JMK. Anyone want to take a guess who else will be needed? I think Padme, Darth Sidious, and Ahsoka are also possibilities.

I think CAT will be required over KAM. I doubt enough people have KAM anywhere near 7* for it to be feasible (unless they start offering shards for purchase).I could see Sid at r8. Yeah I'm guessing the next GL is going to be titled "Lord Vader" after reading the developer insight. They usually always have said Anakin when talking about things, that's the first time I've seen them use that wording. Also, the end of it talks about how the next one will be JMK's counterpart.

No, he is not. Anakin became Vader when Palpatine gave him the title. That is a fact and canon. You not liking it won't change it.

I would really like to see a Lord Vader (pre suit) character without a leader ability. That would be true to what we see in the movie and would make him special in the land of GLs.

There's two directions this can go,
Anakin is our first Empire GL and they paired Republic with Empire to represent order. They will follow up with a Seperatist and a Rebel to represent Chaos.
The second direction, is to have Anakin Skywalker Fallen be a DS GL with limited Separatist and Sith synergy similar to Kenobi. More of an emphasis on Sith than Separatist.
Sidious was the mastermind of the CIS with Dooku serving as the figurehead ala Snoke to the First Order. As Sidious' apprentice, Vader would be a Seperatist.
Maybe negative synergy with Seperatists similar to Grievous. He damages or weakens them to build his own power.
