Sith Marauder

My Marauder does decent damage in the new Sith raid, primarily because of his high health steal. Not so sure about stacking max health reduction special. No real way to know by looking at it.

I know it says ignore armor but I was wondering if you get the max health reduction also

No not on bosses, but those side adds should still take it
