Sith Marauder

Can anyone confirm if Sith Marauder can actually have his special that reduces Max Health by 15% (stacking) actually work in the raid?

My Marauder does decent damage in the new Sith raid, primarily because of his high health steal. Not so sure about stacking max health reduction special. No real way to know by looking at it.
