I am sure there are a few out there with mods that could out speed a Sith Assassin under Zeta Maul lead but for the majority of the players that is not possible.
So it is still the speed meta driven by a different force. Instead of who's Biggs, Boba, zader goes first it is now who's Darth Nihilus can go first.
If zeta Maul didn't have the starting 20% tm I think you would see many more different comps built around Nihilus, probably even him as lead.
i think its starting to come full circle. As so many people are running Maul, others use rex to counter. Then more people start using rex on a shard that brings in Nihilus L and zaders to beat the rex.
Meanwhile I just sit at the jedi council table and laugh.
