Sith aren't unstoppable, but dodge is so broken when the AI uses it, which makes the game very frustrating to play. Everyone hated it when it was rampant before. Now it's returned with a vengeance.

Fix dodge so 20% doesn't mean 80% when the AI is using it.

Yes I am running a maxed out sith team and droped down to bellow 50 today. We need help sith are not strong enough please help us. A qgj that i beat on auto beat me 2 times due to a anakin it makes no sense

Don't spread rumors that dodge is higher when AI uses it without doing a study on it... do a power calculation to find the sample size you need, collect your data, and then run some stats on it if you want to prove anything

I wouldn't say the meta is diverse though. The top teams are all centered around a small handful of overpowered zeta/leader abilities with a handful of other overpowered characters as fill ins for one to two spots. Over the past few months, 90% of the characters in the game have gone from "okay to use in certain situations" to "completely terrible."

Do you have a solution to your problem? If so, please offer it.

In my opinion, there has to be a balance between power and diversity. Have you ever played a game that has a large number of characters and all characters are the same power? I have, and game like that get boring really quickly... there's no point in farming, leveling, chasing characters you like because everything is the same. Power differentials limit diversity, but provide motivation to play. I think EA has found a nice balance in the current meta.

All....the reality is there's only 5 slots to play. There's >100 characters now. Even if you have 25-30 that are playable at any one time, that's still 70%+ of the characters that are "terrible" just going by arena. That's only going to continue to increase as we get to 150...200....250+ characters. At that point you could have 100 viable characters and still 60% of the roster would be "terrible" in arena.

You either accept that there will be concentrated metas for periods of time or you probably are better off not playing a mobile CCG that has a small set number of characters in a team. There will be long periods, years even, where your favorite faction or character never is used in arena.

Look at both zSO and zDM for example. They've been utter garbage in arena for the entire existence of the game until they had zetas added. That's well over a full year of the game. After this wave of their utility, even if the game lasts 5 more years, it's not impossible to think that this is their peak utility for arena usage. Their specific skills are very narrow to the Sith faction that is not likely to have many characters added in the game's future.
