We're currently doing T4, we have completed T5 (which took almost 2 months), T3(which took about 5 days) and a T4 before which took approximately 2 weeks

We're a 50M GP guild, personally I'm 1.9 Mil GP

What part of the raid motivated or demotivated you to continue trying?
Motivators:
Seems pretty and was desired KOTOR relevant content
Demotivators:
Reward for effort and time consumption. I understand challenging, but a payoff for the effort and challenge needs to be addressed.
Ph1/4 Nihilus:
Tenacity is too high for all tier levels outside Heroic. The fact he can resist any debuff from any geared/level character is completely frustrating and not fun. Fully G12/7Star Vader can't touch him with any debuffs in a tier 4? Really? Not cool.
I understand taking escape out, even though I'm not a fan of it, but I get it. But not being able to apply any debuffs and constantly losing health as u stack positive effects is making the entire raid not fun.
Then there are the rewards. Unless you were to triple the guild tokens earned for each tier (not heroic), it isn't worth it. The effort and time, for a first place finish at Tier 4 is just mind-numbingly boring and wasteful. Even if tripled Im still not sure its enough.
