Wasn't my original idea. I was just playing devil's advocate because someone said thered be no reason to do a higher tier if you get a shard per t1-2. Obviously then there'd at least be better guild participation in all tiers. Never said it's a good idea though... Just not as bad as someone tried to make it sound.

I think only heroics should reward shards... But when the progression is the Richter scale... Anything makes more sense than how they've made it.
