Perhaps too late, but here's my input.
Main recruiting officer for a 90mil GP guild. I've had the same issues as others above in terms of being in that weird middle ground between not wanting to carry low GP members anymore but losing higher end GP members to recruiting HSR guilds.
We clear T4 on spam mode (for the guild currency mostly), complete it in 2-ish days and restart immediately.
We've tried T5 but it takes 4-5 days depending on how fatigued people get of hitting it constantly.
Rewards, as others said, are not matched to the effort needed.
I enjoy some of the mechanics but the uber-tenacity of all the bosses just negates so many of our favourite toons we've worked hard on.
I'd like to see a guild of our strength be able to do T6 with our current rosters in 2-3 days, which is mostly a comment on the insane health pools that we have to deal with.
