Unless they change HSTR reward payouts, it's definitely consequential. There's a major difference between rank 1-10 and rank 11 rewards. Getting a solo with multiple teams is incredibly unlikely (you'd have to get into each phase before anyone posts any damage to that phase, and then solo with that team fast enough to get into the next phase in the same situation). If your guild has 10 SLKRs soloing, then you're locked out of top 10 rewards without him.
This is a huge issue. Because I chose Rey over Kylo, I will soon be locked out of useful rewards from the STR. That's kind of a problem, since that's the biggest source of the g12+ gear.
