Smuggler´s run stars Requirements

Is there any stars requirement? im trying to farm and be ready, but i found nothing about stars required for each tiers... or is that only player level unlucks the tiers?

Nest and RaidHan are G12 with zetas.

However Young Han is just lvl 1, and the Vets are like G7 lvl 70...

Nest and RaidHan are beasts.... Perhaps they can carry me.

This is what I’m hoping for. I don’t have Nest starred up (can’t get to her fleet node), but I have Raid Han and a few others at 7*.
