Smuggler Event & Stormtrooper Han

Can someone please explain to me why Stormtrooper Han doesn't have the Smuggler faction tag? Han dressed as Stormtrooper in A New Hope while on the job as a smuggler. He was NOT a rebel at that time. ...

I think it's because he doesn't really do any smuggling at that very specific point in time. Its like giving the hoth han a smuggler tag. His character might be that of a smuggler but the specific moment they reference he isn't really doing that.
