so Ahsoka Tano Fulcrum breaks one key time tested control against DPS

I don't have a problem with her big DPS move in concept, but her unique that procs at the end of EVERY turn, ally or enemy, seems like too much We have had to deal with large DPS toons/combos befor...

She losing 10 percent for each debuff while healing 5% for each buff is in no way or form a balanced trade of for having virtual debuff immunity.
