so Ahsoka Tano Fulcrum breaks one key time tested control against DPS

I don't have a problem with her big DPS move in concept, but her unique that procs at the end of EVERY turn, ally or enemy, seems like too much We have had to deal with large DPS toons/combos befor...

Chirruts passive will heal 4% of a toons max health if they have heal over time anytime someone on either team takes a turn, so this isn't the first time a toon has an ability like that
