So looks like chopper suffers from a bug already...

Looking at the mechanics of Choppers taunt we can see the evasion effect is added if chopper uses his taunt and is removed when the taunt is dispelled. But what if chopper has buff immunity applied? ...

This also ties into a potential problem where if every time you use his taunt with buff immunity or shock he gains 30 percent evasion permanently. This evasion bonus stacks and only expires on his special taunt's expiration. Thus under player control he could keep stacking evasion and have the equivalent to permanent foresight.
