Yes. It was a surprising choice, and I am liking the info. Going to be finishing the HR Soldier and using him. He sounds really good to be honest, and I had never considered him before. But his counters seem nice, offense down chance on basic, healing with defense up, and hitting harder and healing more under a Wedge L. It sounds really good. Looking forward to using it
