There are rules then there is manipulating the game. Your ahead in a game of monopoly. It's your turn to roll the dice. But you don't cause you have to go finish cooking before the wife gets home. So Im stuck waiting on you. Time passes and I now have to leave. Who wins the game of monopoly?
