Ok so matter's payout is at 1pm eastern time USA.

If you can, safest time to start making your move is either 1 or 2 hours before your payout. I'll be sure not to attack you before 1pm my time so it doesn't effect your payout.
You are lucky, probably not that many ppl in your payout so not much sniping for top 5
