Doesn't look like the lvl update is going to change or effect anything for months. Can't get lvl 8 abilities until you get to lvl 80. Lvl 80 is looking like a 2 month grind.
Ppl are saying that instead of 100 xp increase after each lvl it's 1100 xp increase. Going to take 2 months someone said for f2p to even reach lvl 80.
