Speculation to unlock ROTJ Luke.
CLS... clearly is not ROTJ Luke that's shown on the game's splashscreen. So guys. I predict the following characters are needed to unlock ROTJ Luke. If Empire Darth Vader Emperor Stormtrooper...

Who it should be: Commander Skywalker, Hoth Leia, Han Solo, R2, Hermit Yoda
However, Commander Skywalker unlocks Hermit Yoda so maybe we may see an X-Wing Pilot Luke; he'll have a great ship but otherwise be useless. That is until this event comes around.
Also, Chewbacca will be back in The Last Jedi and we should expect to see him appearing in the game very soon. I expect he'll have a bowcaster we're all more familiar with as well as both the Rebel and Resistance tag.
And probably ships, Slave I likely. You know, I was thinking of typing something about we'll need someone we don't want, or a bunch of units we don't want. But chasing down the Millenium Falcon with Boba's ship, then fighting the Rebels in Cloud City with Lobot, Ugnaught and Lando, then side-wiping over to Dagobah where you gotta defeat Cave Vader with Cmdr Skywalker and Yoda, only for the fallen Vader to rise up again as Jedi Luke would be pretty cool.
So yeah, work them cloud people.
EDIT: Dear Devs, please ignore those ideas of extensive requirements. And please, for real, don't release Jedi Luke for at least 2 years.
