It was my understanding that if you for some strange reason get the same stat for 2 secondaries, it should show up as only 1 combined stat. I've seen lvl 15 mods with only 3 secondaries, and someone told me that happened. Maybe this is only true for the mods wich got changed when they decided to remove the flat increase for a procentage based increase though.
