Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

In the high end it's all about stacking high speed secondaries with right stats and going first more than anything else now

It's not the only one, potency and tenacity do it as well. Also critical damage, critical chance, critical avoidance, and accuracy.
