Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I'm not sure I get where this is coming from. Mods have been out long enough to see the effect.

I have not seen anyone dropping rey or leia. I have seen a little more diverse selection of toons(which is great). I'm just not sure OP is really saying anything to back up the title.

As for some of the possible combinations ppl are putting up, pictures or it didn't happen. There are a lot of possible combinations and yes if you payed off the RNG gods you might see one of n them before you die, but let's be realistic.
