Speed Mods - Calculations

I was under the impression that the speed boost of 10% (for maxed out set) of speed mods was a rounded down percentage of the base speed of the character. I took a look at my G11 CLS today and was noticing that it was off by 1.

CLS Base Speed: 152
Mods (Added Speed): 62 (30,9,4,8,11)
Mods (Added %, rounded down): 15 (10% of 152 = 15.2, rounded down)

Total Calculated Speed: 229

My game says his speed, after mods, is 228. Where am I missing this 1?
