Speed mod sets do not use speed from gear levels until it is complete, ie you are on the next level, so if you have a piece that is adding speed, the mod set will not factor that in until you hit the next gear level
that's an odd design, but appreciate the information. I had a similar "huh?" character that didn't have speed adding up to what I assumed based on the +10% speed set. Guess that +6 speed MK 6 thermal detonator doesn't get factored in for Talia until I push her to G12. Dang.
Correct, Lol it is different, but that happens with every char in that situation , once you put Talia to 12 , the speed will change to what you expect to see.
