Why will nobody help me? Transaction Pending Error
Okay, so this is probably the 20th time I've had to explain myself and what the issue is.. You guys are my last resort, literally. PLEASE HELP!!
I've been getting a Pending Transaction error inside the game/app whenever I try to purchase something via mobile in the store that costs real money. The error says (screenshot attached): "Transaction Pending. Currently processing some transaction. Please try again later. You have not been charged."
This error has been happening on and off for months now and I've opened dozens of tickets on it. I have followed ALL articles and suggestions given to me. I have: dumped cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled, updated game/app versions (both GooglePlay and StarWars: Galaxy of Heroes), updated Android OS, logged out/back in, checked my payment settings, date/time settings, and much more.
Recently, I've been speaking with support multiple times in-game and they informed me to either WAIT for it to disappear or speak with GooglePlay support. I just spoke to Google support for the second time and they have also told me that it's the developer/game that I need to work with to get this resolved. I have now missed multiple deals, discounts, and offers during this fiasco. If I have to go back to in-game support and go through this process yet again, I'm going to lose my mind. Literally NO ONE will help me. I am so frustrated at this point.
Has ANYONE ran into this inside the game before? How do I resolve this? How can I fix it? I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra with AT&T. Android version 16.
